First of all, I'm gonna say that I love it and I have watched it several times since it's available on demand. Hero as Hardin was incredibly amazing like we already knew he was born for this role. He was really good playing Hardin and I'm so proud of him. The way he talked, the way he smiled, the way he moved, everything he did was outstanding and exceeding my expectations. He was adorable in every wake up scenes like he was the babiest baby!! When he burnt the house, he looked different with the smirk and stuff, he acted as if he was twisted. He was freaking nailed it!! God, I love him so much!
Jo was amazing, too. She was playing Tessa really good. She is and will always be the perfect Tessa we could've asked for. I could feel the emotion, the pain, the sadness, the frustration, the anger, the disappointment.. everything. She was beautiful and her acting in every scene was smooth and outstanding. The funeral scene was heartbreaking and Carol in the film was definitely nicer than book Carol.
But I feel like the scenes were too short. From one scene to another was too short and fast (idk if you felt it too or it was just me because I wanted more). I don't fancy the ending. I think it's because of I knew that the film shouldn't end that way. The ending was good, actually, but that was just not what I expected, because there will be the continuation of that scene and I should wait more longer to see the proper ending in After Everything. Overall I love the film and I can say that it was close to the book.
See you on After Everything.
